| The majority of air compressors vane, rotary
screw or reciprocating types have what is commonly called an Air-end
or pump component. This component is the heart of the air compressor
which actually produces the compressed air. These components have a
life span which is normally governed by the bearing life in the component
and varies from manufacturer. If your compressor has regular servicing
as per manufacturers recommendations, then the life of your Air-end
is extended.
MCA offer an Air-end overhaul service which involves replacing all
bearings & seals etc to bring your old component back to a fully
reconditioned unit, ready for another life of compressing air. We
offer fixed price overhauls once the unit is dismantled providing
the unit is in a repairable state.
