customers determine their exact compressed air requirements. Too larger
a compressed air station than required demands excessive energy and
on-going maintenance costs. What we need to determine accurately is
your current air demand and your future air requirements to recommend
the most efficient compressed air plant possible.
With the aid of special equipment & computer software we firstly
conduct our ADA (Air demand analysis service) by installing a data
logger and pressure tranducer in your current system which monitors
your air usage over a given period of approximately 1-2 wks. This
information is downloaded onto designed software where the recordings
are charted onto graphs and an accurate measurement of your air demand
is produced. With this information we can then add your future requirements
and determine the most efficient compressed air station for your
needs.
